10月17日，第二期SEA-Hi！论坛将在上海设计中心木棉厅闪亮登场。届时，英国皇家特许建造学会中国区主席孙继伟、上海大学美术学院院长汪大伟、上海音乐学院教授王勇、原作设计工作室主持建筑师章明、IBM亚太区智慧城市建设总规划师岳梅樱和跑步猫创始人季斐翀等6位嘉宾，将从不同视角，跟大家分享空间艺术体验，畅想城市更新理念。
“SEA-Hi！论坛”是一个不寻常的交互式论坛，是喜欢上海的人们为城市空间品质提升贡献智慧的新型开放式平台，是行业创新的平台，是一个思想创新与智慧绽放、奔流的海洋。爱上海的人，只要有着创新性的观点,都可以站上论坛，与公众分享自己的灵感和创意。
第二期SEA-Hi！论坛召开正值“2015上海城市空间艺术季”举办期间。“2015上海城市空间艺术季”是一次将城市规划、城市设计的实践与艺术结合的大型空间艺术展示活动，以“文化兴市、艺术建城”为理念，通过城市更新案例展、雕塑展、创意建筑展、公共艺术展、市民文化活动等一系列丰富多彩的主题活动，打造具有“国际性、公众性、实践性”的城市空间艺术品牌，改善空间品质，营造文化氛围，提升城市魅力。在三个月的活动期间来自国内外艺术大师的作品将汇聚于上海这片造梦的土地，传递艺术灵感，展现城市图景，开启公众的都市认同意识，近距离接触城市艺术，轻松感受空间之美，重新发现城市的文化内涵。
10月17日，作为艺术季系列活动之一的第二期SEA-Hi！论坛，将联袂“世博会城市最佳实践区实践案例展”在上海设计中心木棉厅隆重推出。现场6位活跃在城市不同领域的嘉宾，将就如何把人文艺术融入城市公共空间这一话题，畅谈自己独特和精彩的想法，共同挖掘这个城市潜在的无穷创意，让上海越来越有艺术范！

Establishing A Trans-boundary and Trans-disciplinary Platform for Crowd-creation and Crowd-funding
On October 17, the 2nd SEA-Hi ! forum will be held in the Kapok Hall of Shanghai Design Center. On this occasion, six gusts will share their experiences and imagination of city renewal concept with us. They are SUN Jiwei, Chairman of China Area of Chartered Institute of Building, WANG Dawei, Dean of Fine Arts School of Shanghai University, WANG Yong, Professor of Shanghai Conservatory of Music, ZHANG Ming, Chief Architect of Original Design Studio, Amy Chen, IBM Asian-Pacific Smart City Chief Planner and JI Feichong, Founder of Running Cat.
SEA-Hi ! forum is an extraordinary interactive forum where the people who love Shanghai can contribute their intelligence to the enhancement of city space quality. It is a new open platform embracing the industrial innovation, and also a vast sea brimming with creative thinking and blooming wisdom. The 2nd SEA-Hi! Forum coincides with the “2015 Shanghai City Space Art Festival”, which is a large space art exhibition integrating the city planning, city design and art. This exhibition aims at creating the “international, public and practical” city space art brand to enhance space quality, create cultural atmosphere and promote city glamour through a serials of colorful theme activities, such as exhibition of city renewal cases, sculpture exhibition, creative architecture exhibition, public art exhibition and public cultural activities, under the concepts of “vitalize the city with culture and art”. During the three months of this activity, many domestic and overseas masterpieces will converge to Shanghai -- the land of dream, to transmit art inspiration, display city landscape and enlighten the city identification of the pubic, so as to render them with the opportunity to contact the city art closely, feel the beauty of space easily and reconsider the cultural connotation of city.
The 2nd SEA-Hi! Forum, as one of the activities of the art festival, will be held in collaboration with “Exhibition of Best Practice Area of EXPO” in the Kapok Hall of Shanghai Design Center on October 17. The 6 guests from different fields will share their unique and extraordinary ideas about the topic of how to integrate the humanistic art into city public space, make joint efforts in exploiting the prospective creativity of this city, and render Shanghai with more glamour of art.
SEA-Hi! Forum adopts the on-field＆off-field and on-line＆off-line integration methods to launch the interactive activities such as field discussion and on-line participation, for the purpose of creating the new thinking of city development and transmit the new concept of city planning and construction.
